We sat outside in the beautiful weather. The food was so delicious. Tho our appetizers and dinner came out at the same time. Which is a pet peeve of ours. The server was very professional and friendlyThe atmosphere of Agave is authentic Mexican. You won't be disappointed.

Was overall happy except that the carne asada def NOT skirt steak & was therefore a disappointment. Best guess some thin sliced cheap sirloin

Meals here are always excellent. Great fresh salsa! Last meal was a nice enchilada combo plate. I appreciate how Tony and staff are keeping us hungry healthcare people fed with takeout during this crisis and will love them forever for always giving me extra salsa when I pick up food on the way to night shift!!! Love y'all!

Good food, amazingly friendly staff, but wouldn't call it traditional Mexican. It's definitely closer to Tex-Mex than traditional Mexican or cantina. But it's Beaufort, so close enough. I was hopeful for that experience of home cooking that you can only receive from an Abuela or Tia, or sketchy restaurant/outside business in a bad neighborhood where they only speak Spanish, or just about anywhere in the southwest close to or over the boarder.

Service was great. The Street Tacos were delicious 👌.

Very friendly staff and good food. The music is a bit loud though. People try to talk over it and it just becomes a loud environment.

Excellent chips and salsa! Very spicy. Full of flavor. Margaritas were decent. The molcajete was spot on. Very enjoyable and attentive waitress. Will do this again.

This is a beautiful restaurant inside and out. The saff is amazing. Always on point and it feels like home when you walk in. Yes they do get really busy some night. But its worth the wait. The food is amazingly delicious. Also the manger was the nicest,heartwarming gentleman. Couldnt ask for a better experience then that. Really do recommend coming to this place to everyone and anybody.

Best service. By far best Mexican food I've had in Beaufort! The restaurant is spotless and has beautiful decorations.

1st time ever and it was quite impressive. The food was moist, flavorful and quite authentic. The guacamole was amazing and the service was stellar! A definite go to for us again. Last but not least the margaritas were .perfect.

Food was very good and has great hot sstuff.

The food was extremely lacking. My street corn was boiled can corn with mayo on top. My torta meat was burnt to little crispy meat flakes. Not to mention all the causing coming from the FOH AND BOH. not a great 4th of July lunch at all

I came to have a Margarita after not coming there for almost 2 years. The Margarita was great but the service was horrible. They have no bartender and I had to seek someone out to pay my tab. I could have literally left without paying and no one would have known.

Fresh and affordable! That huge plate of shrimp nachos fajitas was only $11.95. Food was quick and the waitress was nice. Will definitely go back. 🌶️

Was just driving by and dropped in to give it a try. Was just after lunch so not too crowded. What a pleasant surprise! Will definitely be going back. Food was good, large portions and staff was attentive.

Our favorite Hispanic restaurant! The owners have done wonderful updates to include an outdoor patio with seating. The food is awesome and the wait staff are super friendly. Keep in mind, they actually cook the food here, so you wont get your food as fast as the restaurants that microwave frozen stuff. Highly recommend. Can't go wrong with the tacos, Agave chicken special or their Combo 2.

Agave was scrumptious. I had the fajitas. Loved the flavor . My strawberry margarita was amazing. The staff was friendly. Everyone was wearing masks.

This is similar in many respects to your typical casual neighborhood Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere is really nice, and the service in my case was good. Prices are very reasonable; averaging in the $8 to $15 range for an entree. The food was tasty and well presented. The Tropical Seviche was particularly good - an explosion of flavor was how one of my friends described it.

We just had dinner and everything was fabulous. We are in for Marine basic training graduation and enjoyed every bit of this. Want you to come north to Ohio and Pennsylvania. Thank you again and highly recommend. Way worth it

Friendly and nice staff with tasty food and drinks.

We have gone twice to Agave. We sat outside in the backyard courtyard which is very quaint. It was very relaxing and we got good service from out waitress who was from Colombia. The second night, we sat inside and again got good service, albeit from our waiter who had very limited English. Agave has a varies menu with a lot of seafood options.

First time there. Great staff, great food. Recommend for a great place for Mexican food. Thank you guys so much.

The food was delicious and the attention was fantastic! My son wasn't feeling well, and one of the waiters brought him hot lemon tea to help him feel better. One of my favorite dining experiences!

This is a really nice Mexican restaurant. They immediately give you free chips and two types of salsa. They're queso and quac are both really good. Food came out quick and was accurate and amazingly tasty. Super fair price as well. Highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW!!! I was greeted with chips and salsa which were boasting full of flavors, I had the steak tacos and they were amazing. Very flesh produce and meat cooked just right. The beans and rice also were perfect. Can't recommend anyone to this place any more than that!!! Definitely will return!!!

Our waitress Catalina was amazing , she was very friendly, professional and always on top of things and ready whenever we needed something. The food was delicious by far the best Mexican restaurant Beaufort has to offer. Will definitely be coming back!

Great food and service. The restaurant is super clean with authentic decor. The grilled fish tacos were delicious! There is also a cute patio for outdoor dining.

Terrible food. Great waiter. Unreasonable manager. This place is usually good. What a disappointment 🙁
